Lentil salad with pickled Alb garlic flower stems...
A super simple and interesting recipe for all occasions. It's also perfect as a side dish. It adds a touch of color to warm barbecues, birthday parties, and garden parties.
The ingredients:
1 jar of pickled garlic stems
250 g Alb-Leisa the green
1 tablespoon (walnut) oil
3 tbsp. apple balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. apple-mango mustard
1 small red pepper
1 small purple onion
1 tsp salt
Preparation: Cook the dark green marbled lentils in three times the amount of water for 20 minutes until al dente. While this is done, chop the onion and bell pepper. Combine the oil, vinegar, salt, and mustard in a bowl. Drain the lentils and let cool. Then add them to the bowl, mix with the chopped onion and bell pepper, and add the entire jar of garlic stalks. Stir gently and let stand for 1 hour. Enjoy!
