Our dream has always been to produce garlic oils and vinegars. We are fortunate to be able to work with such wonderful organic farmers. Valuable, regional linseed oil, rapeseed oil, and sunflower oil, refined with garlic, enrich our product range. At the Alb-Knoblauch factory, high-quality organic foods are produced in small batches with great passion. Artisan-produced foods always reflect the individuality of the artisan, which is one of the things that makes them truly special.
