Planting time in autumn 2024

Finally, the rain has stopped, and the field can be worked. Fritz did a great job, didn't he? The Hungarian planting machine is ready for use again. We have a smaller area this year, and it's tedious to distribute the many varieties across the field depending on the amount of planting material. A few days ago, Max and Fritz started separating the garlic bulbs into cloves and then selecting them by size. Only the largest and best-looking cloves will be planted. Yesterday, the boys planted the Garpek and Germidour varieties. These varieties ripen earlier and need to be placed at the very bottom of the field. 2-3 days of separating, 1 afternoon of planting. This will continue this week and next week.
