New products

When things get a little quieter around us in February, we tidy up the yard, continue expanding our garlic drying room, or I tinker with new products. This year, we've added six garlic specialties, which I'm very happy about.

The garlic powder was a bit difficult; the drying temperatures were too high, and we had to produce it again because the color wasn't right.

Oils and vinegars flavored with Alb garlic were created. I was often desperate, but luckily we have friendly colleagues nearby, who were all able to help me a lot. We weren't completely satisfied with the aroma, taste, or smell. Unfortunately, I'm a perfectionist and revised the recipes hundreds of times until everything was 100% harmonious. Labels were designed, and this time they were a bit more personal. I drew Karin, Fritz, and my family; even the animals found a place on the label. Friends, acquaintances, and family from Germany to Hungary helped shape the final product.

We finally found the right bottles, but DOP aluminum caps were hard to come by. We sincerely hope that the great effort was worth it and that our customers will be satisfied... and I also hope that our children and my husband enjoy using the new products in the kitchen.
