Collection: Lentils and buckwheat

The Bioland-Hof Mammel in Lauterach has been growing lentils since 1985. Due to the great demand, Max and Woldemar Mammel founded the organic producer group “Alb-Leisa” in 2001. This community of lentil growers has now grown to over 140 organic association farms. In 2009, Lutz Mammel took over the “Alb-Leisa” branch of the business and has called the Bioland processing plant Lauteracher Alb-Feld-Früchte since 2014.

In addition to lentils, garlic and grains, the Mammel family also grows buckwheat.
